Who we are

This policy explains how H2O Crew LLC ("H2O Crew," "we," "us"), a pressure washing and soft washing company in Biloxi, Mississippi, handles information collected through h2ocrew.net.

Information we collect

Information you give us

When you request a quote, we collect your first and last name, email address, phone number, street address, and the services you want. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

Our site and the services it uses receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the referring site, and approximate location based on your IP address, partly through cookies.

How we use it

  • To respond to quote requests and provide our services.
  • To keep business records such as estimates and invoices.
  • To understand how the site is used and whether our ads lead to calls and quote requests.
  • To keep the site secure and working.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help run our site and business:

  • Wix.com Ltd hosts the site, processes our forms, and serves our images and videos. Quote requests are stored in Wix Forms and saved as a contact in our Wix account, and Wix emails us a notice of each one. Wix also records basic visit statistics (such as pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location) for site performance and for the reports in our Wix dashboard. Wix privacy policy.
  • Zapier passes each quote request from our website to Jobber, the software we use to manage customer requests and our jobs; Jobber keeps the details you send, and Zapier keeps a log of each transfer. Zapier privacy policy. Jobber privacy policy.
  • Google provides analytics, ad measurement and call tracking (below), and our web fonts, which load from Google's servers and so send Google your IP address and browser details. How Google uses this information.
  • Cloudflare delivers an animation script through its cdnjs service, so it receives your IP address and browser details when that script loads.

These providers may process information in the United States and other countries. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect rights or safety.

Cookies

This site uses Wix cookies that keep your session working, help prevent fraud, keep the site stable and count visits, plus Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies that count visits and measure which ads lead to quote requests and calls. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but parts of the site may stop working.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 and the Google tag to understand site traffic; this data may go to more than one Google Analytics account we control. Google Ads conversion tracking counts quote requests (when you reach our thank-you page) and phone calls that come from our ads.

Call tracking. If you arrive from a Google ad, the phone number shown may be a Google forwarding number that rings through to us. Google reports call details such as time, length and the caller's area code.

Enhanced conversions. If we use this Google Ads feature, a hashed (one-way scrambled) copy of the email address in your quote request may be sent to Google so it can match the request to an ad click.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on and manage Google ads in My Ad Center.

Visitors in Europe, the UK and Switzerland

For visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google analytics and advertising storage is "denied" by default, so those cookies are not set unless consent is given. Google may still receive limited cookieless information, such as that a page was viewed.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Google ad personalization signals are turned off for every visitor, so your visit is not used to build advertising audiences. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of your information: Google advertising cookies are turned off for your visit, and Google may only use cookieless signals to measure ads in aggregate. Analytics continue.

Our site does not change how it works in response to "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common standard for them; we honor GPC instead. Third parties, including Google, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information or give it to other companies for their own marketing. We use Google Ads data to measure our own ads, not to build audiences that target you elsewhere. Some state laws define "selling" or "sharing" broadly enough that advertising cookies could count; to opt out of that use, turn on GPC in your browser or contact us.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep information

We keep quote requests and customer information as long as we need it to respond to you, provide our services, and keep reasonable business, tax and legal records, then delete it. Google and our other providers keep data under their own settings and policies.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and password-protected service accounts. No website is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Your requests

Whether or not a privacy law requires it, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. We may need to confirm your identity first. We may keep information the law requires us to keep or that we need for records such as invoices. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top.
